There are many people who have been working hard in a variety of sections at Matsubara.
Matsubara makes every effort to enhance the capabilities of our employees including human education.

Casting production has really a long way to explore and we face so many difficult problems during the process. Currently, I am allowed to engage myself in my research to obtain a doctoral degree. I feel elated when I solve a problem and I feel satisfied and fulfilled when I produce a casting exactly in a form that I have defined in my mind.

I have been in the General Affairs Department. At the beginning, there were so many things that I didn't know about. But my supervisors have taught me on the job and given me opportunities to join seminars, which has been a great help for me to learn. Currently, I am busy with a new assignment but I'll do my best.
